CH. Tangen's The Maverick Cosmonaut, FCH "Brand" View Pedigree  Brand won Best Of Breed over 16 FCH, and 7 Open whippets at the Region 9 Invitational, under Linda Garwacki, and Jeffrey Lipps! A powerful, exceptionally fast example of correctness, we are excited about his future as a performance dog. He is now a DUAL Ch, as he finished his show title on September 26th, under breeder judge, John Shelton His two daughters, Asa and Crush remain here at Merci Isle, with a bright future ahead of them, in the ring, and on the field! Brand is available at stud to approved bitches.   Our wonderful "Brand" continues to bring us constant joy, with his sweet nature, and graceful, masculine beauty. He is in training for lure coursing, and shows exciting promise! Brand is blessed with speed, agility and enthusiasm. All the key points of a great running dog. We plan to breed Brand to our Plume, (who can be seen on her own page on this website) next year. Brand goes to his 3rd show and takes home a 5pt major. Watch for win photos.    Brand is growing up nicely, and we look forward to showing him at Specialties, and AWC Supported entries throughout 2008   Our lovely boy, who we met in person for the first time on Monday afternoon, prior to the Futurity, had some big surprises for us! He won his class under Donna Lynch in the Futurity on Tuesday, and then won his class and went Reserve Winners Dog under Cindy Scott on Wednesday at the National. He was a HUGE hit with everyone, and we are all so excited about his future.   Spectacular example of "powerful gait". And what a sweet whippet face our boy has!
